we were established in 2009, with the aim to meet the highest quality home owners deserve. our founder Karl McCormick, is an expert in construction having worked over 30 years in the industry. Through this time Karl has built a team of professional and experienced tradesmen. His specific expertise have enable McCormick Building Service to set a standard for quality and customer service.

Based in Sevenoaks, but delivering our services across the South East of England. Our services span from home renovations and extensions to bespoke designed and built new builds.

With us, every stage of the design and build process is tailored to your requirements.
We also provide detailed drawings for building regulation submissions to meet Building Regulations. Partnered with a private building control company, we meet all building regulation.
